We hope this information will help you in getting started in navigating through this Platform to find the jobs you need and to help your business grow.
General Contractor’s Portal:
Once you’ve signed up, you will be directed to a page specific to General Contractors. To get the project started you will need to enter the CSI Division that best applies to the project, the County in which the project is located, attach the blueprints, and add any specific instructions you would like the Subcontractors to adhere to when bidding.
There is also an inbox where you can view the proposals received from Subcontractors in chronological order.
Lastly, you can check the contact list of vendors registered in the platform to easily contact them with the details you need.
Subcontractor’s Portal:
After signing up, you will be directed to a page specific to subcontractors. To get the project started you will need to enter the CSI Division that best applies to the project and the County in which the project is located. This will then list all the live projects and their details including the number of days left till the proposal expires.
Once you have found a project of interest, you can view more details such as the General Contractor’s contact information (phone number and email), whilst also having the opportunity to download the plans to begin working on your proposal. Once it is complete, you can submit it and it will be added to the General Contractor’s Inbox.
