Terms & Conditions for Builder’s Bid Book

The following Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by Builders Bid Book (“Builders Bid Book,” “we,” or “our”) and the user who does business with and interacts with us (“you,” “user,” or “customer”).

This Agreement governs your use of our website and services (hereafter referred to as the “Service”). By (1) accessing or using our Service, (2) indicating your agreement to these Terms & Conditions when prompted by the Service, or (3) submitting any of your information, including without limitation your name, email address, and credit card information, to us through the Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions set forth herein, you should immediately cease use of the Service.

From time to time, we may modify and supplement this Agreement as appropriate and effective. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

1.1. Builder’s Bid Book has no control over the pricing proposals submitted by subcontractors.

1.2. Unless otherwise approved by the project owner, Builders Bid Book discourages the submission of NDA plans and for which we are not held accountable.

1.3. While the estimated delivery timeframe of seven to nine days is usually standard, it is not guaranteed.

1.4. We are not liable for any issues resulting from a contractor/vendor's non-compliance of local, state, or federal laws and regulations.
